We offer services such as: custom web-to-print portals, outstanding design/creative services, marketing strategy, graphics-to-print on almost any substrate in any format, large format services, mailing services, and so much more.
Where do you see yourself in 10-years?
In 10 years…. Professionally, I hope to be an account executive, or senior account manager in the print and/or marketing industry. I enjoy new business development and hope to become very successful in the next ten years. I hope to also become a person of influence and hold a leadership role of some sort. I enjoy developing and leading others. One day I hope to put my personal development goals aside and help others reach theirs. Personally, I hope to well…hopefully, I will be married and have a baby (or two). I would also like to travel and see the world a bit.
What do you love most about what you do?
I absolutely LOVE the customer service side of my job. I love making my customer’s life easier. Even if it is something small like delivering a proof to an office building, I am happy to do it. I also LOVE helping business owners re-brand, or begin a new business with a brand/logo package. Helping someone create a custom brand based on a vision/dream to start a new business venture –the best!
Why is accountability important in your business?
Accountability is very important in this industry. My customers have deadlines, and expectations. It is important to me that they receive ROI based on the products and services we provide at Alphagraphics. I want to earn and keep my customer’s trust as an account manager. Accountability is an important part of that.
How has mindset been responsible for your success?
My mindset has to be focused everyday. I have to be clear, motivated, and determined everyday. Mind over matter..to use a cliché… is quite true. If my mind is focused on my goals, I feel like I will head in that direction.
How has personal growth helped you?
I always think: Okay, I am grown up now…and then something new or different happens, and I find myself asking more questions and continuing to learn about life. I am always growing personally. It is a journey. As long as I continue to be open to growth, change, and development, the more successful I will be.
What do you do when you need help in your business?
I am very lucky that very experienced professionals in this industry surround me. I can turn to my boss, or many other colleagues for help. There are also many great resources available for my reference.
Why should professionals have others to bounce ideas off of?
It is SO important to collaborate and support each other as professionals in similar industries and non-similar industries. Often, I will gather with a group of female professional, friends, and colleagues to do just that. We discuss best practices, networking opportunities, and have very engaged conversation about hot topics in the business world today. Everyone has different experiences in life and the business world…why not share that knowledge with each other?
What would you tell a person who is struggling with their business?
I would tell someone that is struggling in business to go back to the basics. Don’t recreate the wheel. Find out what worked in the past, and get back to that mindset and routine.
How do you define “full potential”?
Full potential: To do everything the best that you possibly can.
Very simple, but I think that sums it up. Be your best. Don’t settle. Keep moving forward.
